I can't stand text speak

A new Chibi comic is out! Wait! A 3 panel comic?!
A friend of mine and I were talking the auto-correct feature in our phones/tablets and how we like to use clear, readable texts instead of text speak. Jokingly and out of nowhere, he stated, "I can't stand outrageous acronyms!". Because of his issues with the auto-correct feature on his phone, I couldn't tell if he was serious, at first, or if it was auto-correct, as it kept changing his "XD" to "fcf". I had a good laugh then it dawned on me. This could be a comic! Thus the resulting comic below. It's only 3 panels, but worth it.

Ironically, when I showed my friend this comic, he laughed and stated, "Funny. My phone's battery does overheat, too". That made this comic that much more funny.

A lot of older people and some of the younger generation can not stand text speak. We, at Chibi's World, understand trying to get a point across with limited characters available, especially for Twitter, but speaking in only letters or numbers on sites like Tumblr, Facebook, even Google+, it becomes pretty difficult to understand you and thus resulting in us not taking you seriously. Please do us all a favor. When you make a request for a commission, do not speak like you're using Twitter. Be professional. Thank you.
