OMFG! Artist made a new comic! And...another color blending experiment? O_o
Back when Cartoon Network showed the original Sailor Moon anime, I loved the show so much that I made Krystal Lee.
A recent drawing I did of the character, Krystal Lee, my mom commented that she looked like Elsa from Frozen. Well, no. Having done some work on the character itself over the past 20 or so years, I've worked up what she really is. She's the ruler of the now dead solar system named for the European zodiacs, and head of the Aries Lee family. I am an Aries. So yeah. She has long blonde hair. I kept her hair blonde as it was my hair color, long because of Sailor Moon's Tsukino Usagi. Krystal doesn't always wear her trademark black overcoat, shorts, thigh high boots, and biker gloves. She does have other clothes besides that. Plus, the drawing was just another color blending experiment. That's all.
As for the "Same for you, Usagi" comment made. The name was, obviously, also, taken from Sailor Moon, and because of the fact that I was born on the year of the rabbit. Both characters have my same birthday. Usagi's right eye appears blind as my actual right eye is, indeed, going blind.
